There are so many incredible festivals and fairs in the Portland area that offer great opportunities to get out and see new things. These Portland Metro festivals are rich in activities, culture, and fun while giving you many options for things to do in PDX this weekend or a specific day of the week.

We’ve received such an incredible response to our posts that list the Portland area Saturday and Farmers Markets, so we decided that if you are looking for things to do in Portland, a list of the top Festivals and Fairs by month (start date) would also be a big hit with Portland area homeowners and visitors alike.

With so many festivals in Portland and the surrounding metro area, including Vancouver, Wa, Beaverton and down to Salem, we put together a detailed list that should make finding something to do in Portland easier. No matter when you want to get out and find a PDX festival event, fair or carnival, we have you covered.

The list below covers the many festivals and fair events in the Portland metro area, and they are listed by the month in which the specific festival or fair begins. Since many events in Portland go well beyond a specific day or weekend, you will want to look for the festival dates that are included with each listing. Wherever possible, we have included as much detail, dates and times for each festival or fair, as well as a direct link to the specific event website to make it easy for you.
