First of all, though we have thousands of flooring options in Portland, we are not announcing a pumpkin spice version of wood floors. You’re disappointed, we’re sure. However, here in Portland it seems to be the mecca for anything pumpkin spice. Given this time of year when the cooler temperatures have crept in, along with the moisture and wind, pumpkin spice everything is making its annual come back.

Why is everything pumpkin spice in PDX?

Though we have found a ton of totally hilarious pumpkin spice memes, we will only ask you to indulge us by seeing one of our favorites.

But along with the changing of the seasons, in Portland it seems that everything is coming in a pumpkin spice flavor. Why is that?

Maybe it’s the rain that calls to us for warmth and a feeling of fall within us.

Maybe it’s that Portland is a coffee city and had contributed to the annual pumpkin spice latte craze across the country in a big way.

Or maybe it’s a combination of all of the innovative brands and products that come out of Oregon, that lends itself to leading in pumpkin spice stuff as well!

The Best Pumpkin Spiced Latte in PDX?

We aren’t for SURE that this is the best Pumpkin Spiced Latte in Portland, but all indications are that it just might be. Flying Cat Coffee Company located on S.E. Division in Portland makes their Portland pumpkin spiced lattes just a little bit different. How? Well, they use their own, super secret homemade pumpkin spice mix that is a batter-like concoction, which they brew up fresh daily. This isn’t your standard bottled pumpkin spice syrup flavoring, it’s the real deal, made from fresh pumpkins and creates the most amazing pumpkin spice latte in Portland. What’s more they have fresh-baked goods, sandwiches and breakfast options to go with your coffee too!

Pumpkin Spice Cider? Oh Yes!

Portland and Oregon at large is well-known for its penchant for micro breweries, ciders and even specialty liquors. So there’s really no surprise that one of the best in Oregon is putting out a Pumpkin Spice Cider and we had to include it in our article. Last month, Portland Cider Company released its Pumpkin Spice Cider. If you even remotely enjoy cider and/or are a fan of pumpkin spice flavor done right, then it’s something you’ve GOT to give a try.

Portland Cider Company’s pumpkin spice cider combines cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and ginger flavors that are carefully blended with the right proportions. Reminiscent of your favorite pumpkin pie, their pumpkin spice cider scream autumn with every refreshing swallow.

We spoke with Portland Cider Company for this piece and they gave us a little scoop. They plan to serve their Hot Pumpkin Spice Cider with a little higher ABV for the later half of this month in both of their taprooms! They also indicated that their pumpkin spice cider is made with 100 percent Northwest apples, and pairs well with apple or pumpkin pie, smoked chicken, roasted pork loin, and root vegetables. This limited edition flavor is available through the end of October at Portland Cider Co.’s two taprooms and select retailers in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado, however they will be serving a Hot Pumpkin Spice cider through December, called Hot Mulled Cider.

Pumpkin Spice Vape Eliquid?
